Mechanism

The management should communicate clearly and regularly with the insured population, providing information on workplace health promotion services and activities.
The management should ensure that information on the conditions and financial rules for accessing workplace health promotion services and activities is available to the public (e.g. on the institution’s website).
The management should lead efforts to attract small enterprises to workplace health promotion (e.g. by providing special incentives and collaborating with small and medium-sized enterprise networks, such as employer organizations).
The management should lead efforts to reduce health inequalities by facilitating access to workplace health promotion for populations at greatest risk of ill health.
