To ensure the rapid return to work, the competent institutions ensure effective cooperation with, and offer quality services to, employers.

Mechanism

The management should offer appropriate and tailored services to employers that take into account their specific needs, in order to increase job offers.
The management should take the necessary steps to optimize the match between job supply and demand. In this regard, employers should be able to easily access the CVs of jobseekers with relevant profiles. Similarly important, jobseekers should have easy access to job offers. To these ends, the management should disseminate the information widely and facilitate cross-referencing of requested data through the use of web-based digital platforms, among other means.
To meet the needs of employers and to promote inclusion, the competent institutions should adopt an approach that is based not only on required educational qualifications but on expected professional competencies.
