  • The management should:
    • Reduce administrative formalities through automatic information exchange with partner organizations;
    • Work with stakeholders in designing forms;
    • Provide access to electronic forms and online help and automatic recapture of previously collected information;
    • To the maximum extent possible, provide context-sensitive support that encourages self-help;
    • Provide information to competent authorities about simplified procedures and regulations.

  • The management ensures that administrative formalities and procedures for workers, jobseekers and employers are easy, kept to a strict minimum and leverage online tools to the greatest extent possible.
  • The management, under the supervision of the board, should ensure that all administrative business processes are client-centric and that the use of various channels to interface with the institution is monitored and analysed with a view to optimizing the mix of person-to-person, indirect and online access.
