Mechanism
- The management should:
- Make the possibility of online services and digital collaboration a reality for jobseekers and workers;
- Make documentation and information booklets available;
- Publish clear and up-to-date information and provide online access to benefit entitlement simulators;
- Remind all workers, and notably jobseekers, of their rights and obligations by mail or electronic messaging;
- If necessary, cooperate with worker representative organizations so that they may better inform their members of their rights and obligations;
- Set up easily accessible information centres;
- Make rule-based decisions, which include the possibility of appeal;
- Ensure that electronic communication of personal information is secure;
- Use simple language in their publications and communications.

- The institution should work closely with workers’ and employers’ representatives in the interest of providing services best responding to each party’s needs.
- The institution should inform jobseekers and workers in a clear and timely way so that they:
- Are aware of the benefits, provisions and services to which they are entitled;
- Respect the procedures, conditions and obligations that allow them to obtain and retain these benefits, provisions and services;
- Understand their obligations and responsibilities, particularly as regards their participation in employment and training services, individual and active job-seeking and acceptance of appropriate employment.
