  • An analysis of national and international regulations from countries in similar circumstances could facilitate the implementation of appropriate return-to-work and employability programmes.
  • The management should foster a culture of continuous quality improvement to ensure that return-to-work and employability programmes adapt to the changing demands of the labour market and reflect evolving international best practice.
