The ISSA Guidelines for Social Security Administration were prepared by the ISSA General Secretariat wih the ISSA technical commissions.

The ISSA Guidelines on Investment of Social Security Funds were produced under the auspices of the ISSA Technical Commission on Investment of Social Security Funds chaired by Saleh Bin Nasser Al-Araimi of the Public Authority for Social Insurance, Oman. The Guidelines were prepared by a team at the ISSA General Secretariat, led by Simon Brimblecombe in collaboration with Towers Watson and with the involvement of Florian Léger and Ariel Pino. Expert support and contributions were provided by John Woodall, International Labour Organization, and Chris Daykin, International Actuarial Association.
