  • All statutory reporting should be part of the communication plan, supported by an appropriate strategy and messaging.
  • There should be an established and validated process to manage information requests received from stakeholders. The process should ensure that the information is:
    • Complete and correct;
    • In compliance with the institution’s disclosure policy;
    • Cleared for release by the relevant authorities;
    • Provided within an established time frame.
