The move by the Family Department to establish a policy for young people that is clearer, more coherent, better adapted to real needs and aligned with the actions of all stakeholders involved in this area, has resulted in the implementation of innovation methods derived from “design thinking”.
Brainstorming sessions, which were first held internally, then with young people themselves and finally with stakeholders, highlighted real needs, raised awareness of practices and made it possible to conceive and develop a collaborative and innovative policy together with collective projects for its promotion and implementation.
This open and collaborative approach also mobilized the Family Allowance Fund (Caisse d’allocations famililales (CAF)) which has shared these innovative initiatives extensively through a collaborative platform.
Preliminary interviews with specialists and a study of available documentation provided a broad vision of youth-related issues.
