- The management should develop a set of guidelines, including an application form, for enterprises/organizations seeking a financial incentive. The guidelines should include a section on measuring outcomes and the criteria against which the sustainability of interventions in a workplace will be judged.
- The management should be authorized to offer assistance to enterprises/organizations seeking to bid for seed funding or gain a premium discount.
- The management should develop and publish a scoring system for assessing the strength of applications.
- The management should establish a system for reporting and ensuring accountability in the use of financial resources by which every client enterprise/organization receiving financial support must report on the use of the resource and the outcome achieved.
- The management should ensure the easy accessibility and transparency of the guidelines and scoring system.
