- The management should ensure that allocation of financial resources respects the framework of the legal and financial mandate.
- The board/management should ensure transparency with regard to financial resources, by communicating their sources and allocation to the institution’s members and/or investors.
- The management should develop the rules for managing financial resources to include an internal or external system of controls, supervision, regular reporting and budgeting.
- The board/management should consider financial resources for workplace health promotion as an investment rather than a cost and review their efficiency in light of future financial sustainability.
