- The head of the communication unit may commission a team to develop indicators to assess the effectiveness of the communication materials, forms of media and tools that are used by the institution.
- The indicators to assess the quality of the communication materials, forms of media, and tools should consider the following characteristics:
- Communicative effectiveness of messages;
- Design;
- Impact on corporate identity;
- Comprehensibility of language;
- Transparency;
- Reliability of information;
- Accessibility to all stakeholders, including taking account of cognitive and physical impairments such as disabilities;
- Technical quality of the tools to meet the most widely used standards governing online and offline techniques (ICT).
