Mechanism
Mechanism
- The management should simplify administrative formalities and forms by reducing to the maximum extent possible the number of required documents and formalities, by using simple language and by prepopulating the form wherever possible. All administrative requirements and registration forms should be available on the website.
- The management should identify all organizations and authorities that are collecting information on difficult-to-cover groups, and try to define common metadata and patterns for the collection of information on these groups, and advocate for integrated collection of information for multiple purposes.
- The management should collaborate with tax authorities and statistical authorities in developing common standards for the collection of data from businesses and households/individuals, whenever possible.
- The board and management should ensure that the institution builds linkages between its databases and those of other relevant institutions and authorities for the cross-checking of data and reduction of duplications.
- The management should capitalize on the emergence of nationwide large-scale and integrated public ICT platforms (incorporating e-identification, e-signature, sectoral registries and standards for integrating different types of devices) and the rapid development of online biometric proof of identification technologies to offer registration services from any location at any time.
